- Previous X-rays if you changed dentists

- What will my insurance cover? Can I get a pre-estimate?
- How long should this last?
- Do you offer a payment plan or membership plan?
After
- Get a written treatment plan with costs
- Check the bill against the estimate
- Book your next cleaning before you leave
